found it immediately after posting lol.....called Between The Lines by Jodi Picoult and I guess it is a series HAHA

I read this 3-5 years ago (got it from a school library) and I remember the main character reading the story (I can't remember how she obtained it). I think she fell in love with the prince of the story (maybe just a guy), and i'm not sure if she was sucked into the actual book through magic or if she just felt connected to him... I also think that it talked about the characters getting ready to play their parts and the guy the main character liked- I am pretty sure it WAS a "prince"- hated his assignment and the monotony of the same thing every day (he possibly hated his love interest, though that part is very much up in the air LOL).
I also remember at the end that they try to get him out of the world (or maybe just one of them) and it doesn't work, but someone comes into her room and its a guy who looks exactly like the guy she fell in love with (not sure if its him or just a lookalike)
SORRY I DONT REMEMBER MUCH BUT I REALLLY WANNA FIND IT!!
