Powers that aren't allowed

Let's face it, there are some powers tuat are just TOO powerful. This is the list we have so far (Though more might be added as they're thought of/discovered):

-Stealing other people's powers for any extended length of time
-Taking control of other people
-Immortality
-Invincibility
-Necromancy/Any power that brings back the dead in any way
-Time Travel
-Being able to kill people instantly

Extended length yes. We had .. an "experience" before that we've decided we don't want again so we don't allow for stealing for too long. Though, if it is that charries power to temporarily steal another's power or copy it, we have to allow it but monitor it so it doesn't last long and the charrie doesn't end up with a lot of permanent powers.

Yeah I know about the experience. Maybe just outlaw that power all together. Save future troubles.
