Hi. The book I am looking for is 70s'VERY early 80's. I cannot be more certain as I was a kid.
This was a thin paper back book that was about a witch living on a hill. She had animals and they, and everything around her was white. She sets out to colour everything.

I have tried to search variations of a title. But I am sure is is either The witch of or the white witch of sugarloaf hill.

It is manily black and white until the end.
