Does anyone know any other books similar to this premise of being transported into a new world and trying to survive?

Diana I really enjoyed this book, in that its one of the first books I've read that it is from the perspective of the man. I also like the premise of where survival was a factor in the world that they lived in. So, I was wondering if people knew any other books similar to this? I've read outlander, and I enjoyed it as well.

Turquoise The Golden Dynasty by Kristen Ashley. It’s not from a male pov but has the transported to new world scenario.

Ripley Books who have the survival theme

Sci fi romance:
1. The Last Hour of Gann
Humans crash on an alien planet. It is the most heavy and psychological off all the books that I will mention here, it has more pages than the rest, contains violence and rape. I recomend reading some reviews before you decide it is the right one for you.
2. Planet X alien and human crash on a planet and try to survive in the jungle.
3.Starkissed alien and human are abandoned on a primitive planet and they try to survive cave man style.
4. Stolen a little different than the previous mentioned, but the couple must survice a journey. The book is part of a very good series in my opinion, I love the author as well is refreshing
5. Ruth's Bonded it starts a bit different but the main focus is survival, the book is part of a series I have read book 1,2 and 4 because book 3 is the story of other characters and is a M/F/M type of book. However this book is similar because the male is primitive and there is a language barrier.
6. Guardian the author has a few books in the New world series and in the
Unearthly World series that feature a survival journey.
7. Apparition New world series book 4
8. Zuri's Zargonnii Warrior Unearthly world book 2
9 Ice Planet Barbarians the series

10. Cottonwood more about escaping and surviving, I loved it.

Not necessarily survival tale but great.
Historical romance/ historical fiction:

11. Yesterday's Dawn I love all of Theresa Scott books, this series is called
Hunters of the Ice Age Series, and I loved it I recomend also Canoes in the Mist Series by the same author, more than that I recomend any book she's written.

I am sure I can dig up more historical romance titles but I am going to stop here for now ...

Denesha The Outlander by Diana Gabaldon

Pam https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

Is quite similar, but not as deep as Transcendence IMO. But, the closest I've found, apart from https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4... which is a WHOLE thing!

I loved Transcendence, I read it 3 times, one after another, and it made me research more into Neanderthals and Cro-Magnon people, and what they left behind.
