Percent done vs pages done

Librarian Problem:

On my homepage, in the Currently Reading list, I've found a problem that I don't know how to fix.

Most books let me enter page numbers as I read them in the Save Progress function.

Some won't allow page number but instead want me to enter Percent Done.

How do I fix these? Percent Done annoys the heck out of me. I am a Goodreads Librarian.

Not a librarian issue, but here's how to switch from pages to percent and vice versa: click on the % to switch to pages, click on "page" to switch to percent done (useful for ebooks)

This does not depend on the book.
You can switch between page and % (page and % are links).
