I've been beta reading/content editing my own works and those of others' for a few years now, mainly specializing in YA. I give very detailed feedback when content editing, pointing out areas of concern and fully explaining how to approach any bumps, whether it be a stylistic, character, or plot issue. I also make sure to tell you what I love about your story, and what I feel is working perfectly. When beta reading (more information on the difference posted on my website!) I approach the story from a more casual-reader POV, mostly reacting to the scenes and characters and answering questions about the reading experience.
At the beginning of each chapter's notes, I' create a chapter review where I explain the overall impression that the chapter had on me. After, I give detailed feedback on writing style, plot, characters, etc. I often pull lines from the chapter to use as specific examples. Turnover time varies, but I try to read 3-7 chapters of your work every day or two, sending over the batch of chapter reviews as soon as I'm done. This way, you don't have to wait a few weeks to see my notes, but rather get a compiled email every day or two, depending on my schedule. I love taking the time to converse with my authors, helping you brainstorm, answering questions, and listening to your concerns. My sole job is helping you, as a writer.

I'm doing content editing for $.0027 per word, along with beta reading for $.0017 per word. The difference in quality between the two options is easily notable, and there are detailed examples of what they entail on my website, linked below. I prefer to take payments through PayPal and SquareCash, though I am willing to work with you and adjust accordingly. I don't ask for payment until after I finish beta reading your work, to ensure that you are fully satisfied with my services.
