This passage is so profound and empowering - to take responsibility for how we feel. It is also the very core principle of Yoga!
that is a great scripture but how do you live it out? its one thing to say a whole different horse to do.the work to get past emotions are not just say ok and move on its the work of getting that mindset fixed from that pain that was incurred.
