ABANDONED. YA Fantasy book about a girl whose dad is on the fae council. Also vampires, werewolves, witches, sprites. Read around 2011?

Cant remember much, she is a teenager, and her dad is on the council of fae and there a like werewolves and witches and sprites and what not. I think her lineage is supposed to be scottish or something? Not sure. Think theres a scene with her walking through a bazzar with magic shops with a guy, i think he is an elf or something? One of the shops has like swords and weapons while another tent has like witches or something with spells and potions.

Does she live in a fantasy world or is this an Earth-based urban fantasy?

uhh not really sure about powers.. :/ I know that it was Earth-Based. I think I remember it being like really weird to have her sit in on council meetings. and that at one point she mentally comments that vampires shouldnt be considered fae.

Sadly no, that's not it. I read it in the early 2010's roughly. Although, I will say, I will be adding that to my reading list!

it is not need (love that book series), not city of bones (i like that series), not glimmerglass (ok series), buying fighting destiny because that summary is wow! So sorry for being so difficult :(
