R⭐ (rrrrrrrrrr1234567890) | 119 comments I have an issue, in the Librarians Manual mentions that the page count should be the last page numbered in the book ("list the number on the last page with countable content")

The thing is that there are many authors that include extra/exclusive content in the first edition of their books such as a bonus short story/chapter at the end of the book (generally after the acknowledgements). Those chapters are usually not numbered, but should they be counted? Let's say that a book is about 500 pages long, and it has a bonus story that is about 10 pages, should the page count say 510 pages even if the extra content is not numbered?

Bonus content would be counted. Teasers, ads, excerpts would not. So a bonus short story of 10 pages, yes. 10 pages of another book by the author, no.
