Troubles with Promoting!

Hey all, I've just released a new book called Mind Trap. Trouble is, I have no idea how to get the word out. It's free to preview here on GoodReads as well as on Amazon, and available in both eBook and paperback format. If anyone has any direction to point me for help, I'd appreciate it. Right now, it feels like I'm treading open water, hoping to find land.
