I read this in middle school in about 2008 and I think it had a purple/blue cover. Girl lives with her dad, I think in Alaska or somewhere cold. Her mom is a model/actress and her parents are separated but not divorced. The girl makes cookies with vegetables in them and sells them at school until she gets in trouble. I'm pretty sure that the title is something like "Spinach Cookies" or something similar, but all I've been able to find are healthy cookbooks so that's not right. Main character also turns part of her house into a greenhouse with the heat up and lots of plants so that when her mom visits, she will want to stay. I remember that the mom is in a shaving commercial on tv, which embarrasses the main character. The dad is a researcher or something? Any help would be great!
