This month I am also reading:

I finished F. Paul Wilson's The Touch and moved onto his An Enemy of the State.

Still working on A Team of Rivals

So, what else are you reading?

♥ Rebecca ♥ | 51 comments Just finished Margaret Atwood's Oryx and Crake, and am now getting a head start on Neverwhere. I often dont have as much time as I would like to read so I figured I would start now. But it turns out I have more time than I though and am already almost done. Oops. Lol.

Angie | 342 comments I am reading the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer. They are pretty good... sometimes the topics can be a little young for me, but since they are written for teenagers what can I expect? The first book Twilight is really good, so if you are looking for something fun check it out!

John | 129 comments I'm on Spring Break, so I'm getting more reading done than I usually would. I'm plowing through Jim Butcher's Dresden Files series. Also reading Plan B 3.0 by Lester Brown, which is a fascinating and frightening (and, I hope, by the end, hopeful) book about the converging catastrophes of the 21st century. It was available free in pdf form from his website, but a quick glance there didn't see it right off: http://www.earth-policy.org/Books/PB3...

TinaNoir I am reading Jennifer Fallon's Demon Child trilogy (Medalon, Treason Keep and Harshini). I just finished her Wolfblade trilogy (Wolfblade, Warrior, and Warlord) set in the same time/universe. It is a really good set of high fantasy books with lots of court intrigue, plotting, assassinations, war, dynastic marriages, grabs for power and, of course, magic. There is also family drama that skirts the edge of soapiness, but that just added to the appeal for me. Both trilogies feature very strong female characters which is also a plus for me.

I am finding the Demon Child trilogy to be a little more sober in tone and not as instantly engaging as as the more rip-roaring Wolfblade trilogy. But I am having a great time reading her work.

I'm currently reading Nicholas Murray's biog of Aldous Xuxley. 'Brave New World' is one of my favorite novels and I also find the later 'mystical' side of his life fascinating.

Catamorandi (wwwgoodreadscomprofilerandi) I was reading Bridge of Sighs, which I put down less than halfway through. I am about to start reading Neverwhere.

Alex Rowe | 8 comments Books I'm reading/started-to-read-but-put-down-for-a-different-book: Anne Rice's Interview with a Vampire, Victor Hugo's Les Miserable, and Ian McEwan's Atonement which I'm still reading... Thank God for spring break, so I can work on those books.

Jen (squirrelgirl) I'm working on the Yiddish Policeman's Union and I just finished The Book Thief (excellent!). This is my second go at the Yiddish Policeman's Union. I loved Chabon's The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay (one of my all time favs) and have read others of his I've enjoyed. But I'm having to work a bit at finishing this one. Has anyone read it? Is it worth finishing? I'm enjoying it for the most part, but I may put it down to start re-reading Neverwhere for the discussion.

Meghan | 90 comments Rebecca - how do you like Oryx? It's one of my favorite Atwood books! Most people don't like it because it's "weird" but I think they aren't into science fiction either. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Catamorandi (wwwgoodreadscomprofilerandi) I will be reading Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, The Book Thief, X out of Wonderland by David Allen Cates, and Q Is for Quilt by Diana McClun and Laura Nownes in a short space of time, hopefully. I am looking forward to them all.
