Book / Series from when I was a kid

I have been purchasing a few books recently for my son that I had read when I was his age. Obviously Goosebumps books and a few other ones, just received "Skeleton on the Skateboard" today. My issue is that I am trying to remember the name of a particular book that I know he will really like and hopefully someone out there will be able to help me.

The story is about a family that takes a vacation to a beach resort. They actually win the stay in a contest if I remember correctly. When they get there, the kids start to realize that the people who work for the resort are actually sea creatures. For example, the guy who runs the whole place is called Mr. C for short and he is a great white shark. His assistant is a barracuda named Barry Kuda. I cant remember much more than that, so hopefully someone can help me out. The book was from mid to late 90's and had the same type of feel as a Goosebumps book, which is why I am so eager to try and find it. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks all!!
