What do you mean by guidelines? Quotes should only be added if they are by a notable person,
All quotes have assigned to a person have a 'author' profile created automatically. This profile does not need to have any information added.
Thanks. I didn't want to add any info; just looked him up to see if he was notable. I'll see if I'm able to delete these quotes. Though last time I deleted all the quotes of an "author" (they were misattributed), the author profile remained. If you are a super-librarian, can you please delete the profle, quotes included?

The above is an example of someone to whom quotes are attributed, but for whom no other information is available. The quotes themselves are pretty bad, and when I googled Hussain Rasheed, I found only Hussain Rasheed Ahmed and I don't know that they're the same person.
What are the guidelines for apparent non-authors like this?
Thank you!
