ABANDONED. Can’t find old book about scary stories

I can’t seem to find a book I had for a long time, it was a book about a lot of scary stories and I remember the cover had a man in a trench coat walking to a forest, the bottom had something about a library too, I’m pretty sure the first story is about a girl in a devil costume named Emma going to a “haunted” grave and then getting her cape stuck in the grave from pounding her pitchfork into it. Another story I remember was called “payback” and it was a about a boy who tortured bugs and such, then a spider goes out to get him when he was sleeping. Another story was called “the caller” which is about a girl getting calls that someone was going to come over and then she realized the calls were from inside the house. I remember a few more, such as a deal between a boy and a devil which gave him candies that made him feel confident and arrogant. Another one was about a guy who got his money stolen from bullies and then gets some voodoo dolls of the bullies from a mysterious woman. Please help me find the title so I can purchase it again!

I can’t remember the amount of pages but it was a small ish book, if you mean like Harry Potter word count on every page I’d say 265 to maximum 400
