SOLVED. Modern day ghost in castle book from years ago

I cannot remember the name of a book from years ago that was actually the start of a series linked looaeky by same family. Thia one was contemporary, the other hiatoeixal. This one was about a woman in the US who was the sole heir to a castle. Ahe ran her own business though and didnt want it. The ghost arranges calamaties that forces her to the caatle to break the curse foenthe ghost stuck there. They fell in love and broke the curse. He became real again. There was a crazy butler and side characters. Need to remember the name for this.
