SOLVED. Thriller – Mother and baby on a flight, baby goes missing? [s]

Hi, I'm looking for a book that I read the sample for on Amazon last year but cannot seem to find again.

It's a thriller book, and it starts with the mother recounting a journey on a plane with her partner and baby. The opening scene is a court case I believe, where she's explaining what happened on the flight, baby crying, turbulence, judging passengers etc.

I can't say for certain, but it sounded like something has happened to the baby, such as going missing, and the mother is accused.

I think the mother also blames the husband? But i can't be certain as I read only a few pages.
