SOLVED. Historical Romance - Aristocrat Hero will only work on Tuesdays. [s]

I am looking for a historical romance I probably read in 2017. The book opens with the woman going to request help from the hero, and I remember he comes out of his rooms wearing only a blanket around his waist and I believe there are two women in his bed. He refuses to work on any day of the week except Tuesday and he is aggravated because it is not Tuesday. I believe it was the second book of a series, and I believe the hero from the book in the first novel of the series had previously participated in these multi-person orgies before he met his lady in the first book and settled down. I may be wrong about this next part, but I believe in this series the hero from the first book also had a brother who was paralyzed and always depressed about that, and I believe there was a third book added to the series where the brother who was paralyzed had gone to get some kind of treatment to help him walk again, but I never read that one. I also have a vague memory of the woman in the first book getting kidnapped to France? The thing about all of the them that stands out most to me is I remember the guy in the second book had wild orgies and would only work on Tuesday. Any ideas?

I found this series searching online that seems to fit (but it's book #4):
Dangerous in Diamonds by Madeline Hunter. It's part of The Rarest Blooms Series.
