No, you were!! Now I know I wasn’t stupid when thinking that the problem was the colours. I think we’ll just have to type in the points manually because we are at a dead end :(
I'm not sure I'm doing anything right. I see that everyone is posting a ton of books (books we plan to read this month?). I have no idea what "sorted" means on the SS. And on the BINGO squares, for example, I finished a 2019 book today but I'm assuming by the looks of it that we can only use on 2019 book.

We can have more than one book for each square. The more we have the more bingos we can get. =)
Vicki wrote: "OMG Vanessa, you’re right! I literally pick up my new glasses tomorrow. 😂 Thank you!"Haha. No worries. I thought that I was overlooking something so I went back through the spreadsheet to be sure. =P
Hey everyone. Just a heads up that my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly today. I've messaged Sarah to see if someone else can take my spot because under the circumstances I don't feel confident reading at least 8 books this month. If she can't I will stay and do the best I can but please understand I will not be very active, especially for the next couple weeks. Sorry about this. I want to do right by all of you as well.

It is completely understandable if you are unable to commit right now. God bless and give you comfort during such at this time.

Family is always a top priority so don't worry about us. I wish you and your family all my best. -hugs-
Yesterday, Anna and I realised we couldn't add up the points on the spreadsheet unless we do it via colour and we have not yet found a formula. (If anyone knows how to please just update the sheet)Because of this, we will have to update points manually. I've added a column next to the books on the Data Entry to keep track of which book points have been submitted on the overview. There's no code in the point cells now (until we find one) so it should be easy for you all to insert point totals :)
Sarah said I can stay too. :) I won't be reading much but I hope to get a couple in later in the month and can still at least chat with everyone. Probably won't be on much this week though with everything.

Amelia, I’m sorry but I’m pretty new with SS & know nothing about creating formulas. :(Welcome, Gabriella! Nice to have you on our team.
That’s great, Jamie! I know we all understand and at the same time hate to lose you. I’m glad that you get to stay and participate in whatever ways that you are able and chatting is always fun!
Amelia wrote: "Yesterday, Anna and I realised we couldn't add up the points on the spreadsheet unless we do it via colour and we have not yet found a formula. (If anyone knows how to please just update the sheet)..."So we just click on the Submitted to Overview column once we post our reviews?
So I read a book that was published in 2019 but there's no space for it on the BINGO board. Do I still post a review and claim 2019?And what is the reason for the Submitted column? Is that so the points will add up?

Yes, you'll still get points. The bingo is just for a bonus.

Sorry Vicki! With everything going on I just didn't get to that. Giving you a check now. :)
Yeah, you just need to say you’ve added your points to the overview table because that way it won’t get too complicated when some haven’t been added yet.

On the SS I had added NOTE whether my books had other editions but those notes have been deleted. If I'm not supposed to put notes of my own there that's find, but I see others have. I just need to know what I can/can't do.
Hey y’all! Sorry it’s been a hectic week but, I quit my job and don’t start my other one until the 23rd so more time to read!
I’m finishing The Toll today and starting another book! My brother gets married this weekend so if I’m absent that’s why
Hi everyone. Things are slowly calming down (sort of) so I have finally started a couple of books. Slow going since there is still lots to do, comfort to give, etc but at least reading has happened this month.

Ok this may be a really stupid question, but how do we do buddy reads? So new to this, but I see that's points we aren't getting as much.
