Claire I moved your book for 2002 to the second round in 1999 and moved Courtney's book of the same to 1991 so we can get a line in the second round. :)
I might have found a buddy for Spindle and Dagger so I marked it as red while I wait for her to respond. In the meantime, I am enjoying skip beat again so I will probably have a book for 2003-2004 soon. That means we could move Izzy's David Copperfield farther right to 05-06 or 07-08 and be close to another line.
The grid bonus will give us an automatic 250 points which will put us firmly in first place since we are already ahead. I think Days is close as well but since we are already in the lead and will have another line soon I think we can stay safely ahead of them. :)

I feel that Anna! I will be sure to keep this chat in mind when I'm free :DHoping to get a lot of reading done tonight because I'm getting Animal Crossing tomorrow and I feel like I might not get much reading done this weekend 😅

Thanks! It doesn't help I like to be awake when everyone else is asleep in my family. :P
Animal Crossing?
Animal Crossing!!! It's this super cute and wholesome game that's coming out on Nintendo Switch tomorrow, you get to basically build your own little villlage from scratch, grow flowers, go fishing, etc. I was obsessed with it when I was a kid and am super excited to see what they're done with the new game :DIt is a definite possibility that I will spend the entire weekend playing it! (But will try to keep up my reading also)

I have done that before when a new Sims game comes out. :P
If you like stuff like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon then I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
Claire wrote: "If you like stuff like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon then I would definitely recommend giving it a try!"I haven't heard of either of those sadly. Are they also for ninentdo switch? Because I don't have that. :/
I do like Sims and Hayday.
Jackie wrote: "That sounds like a fun game."It does. I wish I was still into hand held games. I haven't played one of those since Pokemon was big in the early 2000's.
Harvest Moon is on the DS, the company got sold a few years back though so now it's called Story of Seasons, the new Harvest Moon games are made by a different company. Stardew is on both Switch and PC!I'm not a big gamer but I have a weakness for getting super addicted to village/farming sims :D
Claire wrote: "Harvest Moon is on the DS, the company got sold a few years back though so now it's called Story of Seasons, the new Harvest Moon games are made by a different company. Stardew is on both Switch an..."Ooooh. I'll have to look up Stardew then!
Me too. I mostly play Sims and Hayday. I've been into Bitlife recently too because I don't need Wifi to play it.

I would love to play more games but I need to find some more accessible games that work with my reader. Plus, university is so crazy since it's my last year of undergrad and I start my masters this fall... Not to mention now with this craziness with the virus...

True.
Oooh. What are you mastering in?
Yeah the virus is throwing everyone's plans off.
Yeah, I'm pausing my study plans until I get a confirmation on exam dates because right now, the people running my exam have already confirmed that all exams venues will not be able to be used due to the virus, so I don't see how they can possibly still deliver the exams on time. If it's being delayed then there's no point in me studying on schedule and forgetting everything by the time the exam comes around.

I am getting my masters of arts and teaching and will be certified in birth-5 special education and prek-3 general education.

Jackie wrote: "It’s not for everyone and you can still do both. Plus, those things don’t define who you are."I have tried once to get my GED. My anxiety made me quit. But I've been doing better since I got Ruby so maybe in a couple of years I can try again. :)
High school and university aren't that great, I've finished both and I have no idea what I'm doing with my life 😅
Claire wrote: "High school and university aren't that great, I've finished both and I have no idea what I'm doing with my life 😅"lol. I think a lot of young adults feel that way.
Claire wrote: "Best of luck! I hope you get to study something you're passionate about :D"Thanks. I would probably do either literature, language or writing. ^_^
So if I continue at the rate I'm going I will have another book done that will work for 2003-2004 today.
Sorry guys I have been sleeping the last couple days trying to kick whatever I have. Probably was the flu, but who knows. I still am not feeling that great, but I am doing better then I was. Still have no appetite. Thats what I am really scared of haha

Sending all my love to everyone whose country is affected by the pandemic. Please stay at home and stay safe
Thank you, you too Izzy!I will be able to finish all my scheduled 9 books (all on the spreadsheet) but any more will be very unlikely, Animal Crossing is gonna be taking up any extra spare time I may have for a while.
