Great idea! What do you think would be the best medium for the write-up? Goodreads? .impact? Google doc? Here's an idea:
Each month we start a new discussion topic on Goodreads about the monthly book, and people contribute thoughts as they read through the book. At the end of that month, we conduct the hangout with the goal of creating an group/EA review of the book.
We'll create it in a live document (.impact?) and add a link to the write-up in the discussion.
Thoughts?

And we could have the option that discussions/writeups can spring up organically outside of the monthly group.
