I have used tons of beta readers and still do. And yes I use Grammarly, Pro-writing Aid and Hemingway Editor. Only two of them I would keep. One of them in particular has been my regular beta for a few years now. I posted a blog post or two on my Goodreads blog that is still archived there about using betas and tools like the others I mentioned above and how not to use them too much all at once because things can very annoyingly and at times in minor incidences go awry. I learned the hard way to use them strategically and to choose which one of the devices human or electronic I will use, but to not use them all obsessively at once. The curse of being a perfectionist.

Aww, that's really sweet. My cousin says it's because I have the perfect GPS voice :)
