Esther Rabbit | 79 comments I put together a video on HOW TO FIND, SELECT & WORK WITH BETA READERS for authors looking into this. I'll be including some very useful Goodreads and Facebook groups where I found amazing betas for my novel, a list of questions an author should ask BETAS & more tips based on my own experience. If you find it useful, it would do me a world of good if you subscribed to my channel and shared my content. Also, look for the full article on Working With Beta Readers in the video description. Much love 🥰

Angel | 103 comments I have used tons of beta readers and still do. And yes I use Grammarly, Pro-writing Aid and Hemingway Editor. Only two of them I would keep. One of them in particular has been my regular beta for a few years now. I posted a blog post or two on my Goodreads blog that is still archived there about using betas and tools like the others I mentioned above and how not to use them too much all at once because things can very annoyingly and at times in minor incidences go awry. I learned the hard way to use them strategically and to choose which one of the devices human or electronic I will use, but to not use them all obsessively at once. The curse of being a perfectionist.
