The problem is that the ISBN for this novel was reused and both page counts are correct. Someone else asked about this quite recently and I haven't seen a decision about how this should be handled
Oh, okay then! Sorry, I searched the posts for the title but nothing like this came up, so I thought it hadn't been asked before.Edit: I found the topic, but the last reply was from May 2018, and no resolution given. Maybe it's worth looking into again? Here's the old thread.

I have created a new edition for the Harper imprint which has a longer page count.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
Page count for your edition changed back to 250 pages. In line with GR policy I have moved the ISBN to the newer edition.
