SOLVED. Dystopian short story about robots and milk. [s]

There was a world war but now its over. The people are currently not able to go back to their lives because the governments had made robots for defense and no one has figured out how to disable to robots. The robots basically kill anyone they see outside, and they give the people hiding food and resources. Anyways the people really want to be able to live again so they devise a plan to go to one of the factories that creates these machines and destroy it. I think there was one factory in every major city. A couple of people make it to the factory by tricking the robot using milk and when they reach the factory and try to destroy it, they realize that it had built itself continuously downward. They realized that the factory fixes itself and that it is impossible to destroy one, dooming the humans left stuck hiding forever and basically civilization will never be rebuilt.
