Sara Grace (bassoonsara) | 123 comments I have too many books on my PopSugar list that are more contemporary than I would like. I'd like to hear some ideas!

So far I've read for the challenge this year:
A book about a journalist: The Quiet American
A book by a WOC: Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl
A book with no graphics: Franny and Zooey (in progress)

Jennifer W | 1822 comments I'm using Anna Karenina for the great first line book.
I'm also using Sidhartha for a book published in the 20s. Mrs. Dalloway or The Great Gatsby would be excellent choices there, too!

I try to read at least 1 classic book at all times, so I'll update as I think about it!

Victoria | 34 comments You can usually find editions of Alice in Wonderland with pink covers.

Emma - main character in her twenties (the opening paragraph says Emma Woodhouse is 21)

Emily Bronte was 29 when Wuthering Heights was published.

Sarah (sezziy) | 901 comments I haven't read any so far this year, but this is what I have pencilled in.

Set in Olympic city The Three Musketeers
Pink Cover A Kiss Before Dying
Banned book Doctor Zhivago
Author with 20+ books: either Thomas Hardy or Kurt Vonnegut Jr.

I'm considering a re-read of Persuasion for character in their 20s if I don't find anything else

Brit Young | 2 comments I'm currently reading Dracula. What do you recommend that it shall fall under?

Kelly_Hunsaker_reads ... Brit wrote: "I'm currently reading Dracula. What do you recommend that it shall fall under?"

2018 past prompt - about a villain/antihero? if that doesnt work I will think harder

If still looking where to slot this, there are some editions with no images on the cover. It also fits for a four-star rating.
