Hey everyone! The podcast and this Goodreads group have become super busy places the last few months and because of that, we’re looking to add someone to our moderation team!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- A team player, someone willing to work with the IRCB team to uphold the rules of the group, and keep regular involvement with everyone here
- Someone who can track our monthly BotM nomination threads, answering questions, and ensuring we’re getting nominations within the theme
- Someone who can work with the IRCB team to help promote the group and the podcast
- Someone who is currently active in our group
