Adding page number to The Velveteen Rabbit

I have just finished this book and can confirm the story starts on page 5 and finishes on page 44. On page 45 is a final picture and page 46 an index of illustrations.

Could you please also confirm whether the cover art is correct for you? It's not showing up on the website for me but is showing on my app. I'm assuming its just a glitch.
