I've just peeped into my royalty payments page and I'm sure tax is being deducted. Last spring I was on the phone quite a while to the US tax office and after giving the necessary info received my EIN. I completed form W-8BEN and sent it to Amazon in Seattle. I just wondered if I've missed doing something or done something wrong. Can anyone help? Thank you.
