WOW there are so many!! But the first one to pop in my head was Blake Kemp from Boss Man he was horrible to poor Violet!!!He was defiantly a 10 on the jerk scale!!!
The following jerkiest heroes were all scale 10:
Heartbreaker (Long, Tall Texans, #29): Remember how J. B. Hammock treated Tellie Maddox before she lost her memory? By the way, he was definitely the reason she lost her memory!
Fearless (Long, Tall Texans, #35):Rodrigo totally used Gloryanne and looked down upon her, not to mention what led to Gloryanne's miscarriage.
Lawman:Grace Carver underwent so much, but look how did Garon Grier treat her? He even humiliated her in public. I liked how her friends and neighbors treated him afterwards. 
(Wyoming Men, #2) : I just finished this, and Cane Kirk was . . . I didn't want to put spoiler here, let's just say how could Bodie forgive him is beyond me. I want to emphasize I am still addicted to DP's books though!

I just pulled Boss Man from shelf. I read it long ago I need to reread too.

I read a stand-alone recently, and the hero was so horrible, it was The Patient Nurse. I couldn't understand how h forgive him!
