Just finished one of my February PicksThe Year We Fell Down by Sarina Bowen
Okay I read this book because it was picked for me as part of a February challenge. I am thankful for this pick. I was raised by a woman with a disability that never stopped her from doing what she wanted. Corey experienced a devastating injury playing a sport that she loved, but 8 months later she goes across the country to a college. She makes friends, finds a love who was suffering through a short term injury. The way her love helps her and she helps him is what makes a truly great relationship. My parents had that, and I have that now.
