Claiming ownership of books

Hi there,

I recently published 2 books on how to use Scrivener. The one shown in 'This topic is about' and a Mac version called 'Scrivener Essentials, A quick start visual guide for MAC users.' Unfortunately one of my readers already uploaded them to your site, and they seem to have landed under another Karen Prince's Author profile. I have tried very hard but I cannot work out how to claim them.

I am the Karen Prince who wrote Switch! The Lost Kingdoms of Karibu

Ant help would be greatly appreciated.
