Question about reading challenges

Um...Wasn't sure where to put this so sorry... But I'm wondering is there any way to pre-set your yearly reading challenge for the following year or do I have to wait until New Years eve?

I ask because I'm one book away from completing my reading challenge and no I'm not trying to get a jump start on next year but I'd like to be ready. I don't wanna forget and then realize it's May or August and I haven't started yet.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you have to wait until at least New Year's Eve to set next year's reading challenge goal.
