Liandrin Sedai essentially sells Nynaeve, Egwene, Elayne and Min into slavery to the Seanchan. Nynaeve and Elayne escape, but Egwene is captured and trained as a Damane, a Leashed One. The Seanchan say they want to collar every woman who can channel. But through Egwene's rescue and escape, she realizes that the Sul'dam, or Leash Holders, can also channel. How could the Seanchan keep this secret for so long? Now that their secret is discovered, what do you think that will mean for the Sul'dam and Damane?
