There were a couple of reasons I started blogging: to spread the word about my first book,to share what's on my heart, a place where I can allow my personality to take shape, write about the world the way I see it.

This one blog: www.realstoriesrealpeople.blogspot.com is where I get to share great triumphant stories about other people and share myself with others.

Another blog: www.stopincestabusenow.blogspot.co is where I share that there is life after sexual abuse. I also have been posting chapters of my first book.

Then I got tired of hearing women on diet rollercoasters and thought if I shared how an attitude change to loving the fat first took the weight off without starving myself, or eating what I didn't want to and was not going to stay with long.
