I saw it in Costco/Sam's Club a million times around the same time I read it, but my mom and I borrowed it from a neighbor and I don't remember what it's called now.

There's a woman who is like part of the high society and she is flirting with this man who's a vigilante-type in all-black and wears a mask. They end up fooling around in a little boat at some point through circumstance?

There's also another guy she's flirting with that's part of high society, but she finds out they're the same guy before he figures out that she knows they're the same guy and so she makes him jealous by telling him she was flirting with him.
