Fantasy Book 70s / 80s about a giant boot that washes up on a beach.
I had a cheap paperback version, with a picture of the boot on the beach - The back cover was black with a white font.

It was an adult book, the boot was huge, perhaps the size of a house. It was a very surreal story.
