If you were able to go on a quest like Percy and friends, what would it be?

I was always interesting with Greek mythology and Roman mythology and all the quests they went on. Once I started to read this series there was no way to stop, I was hooked. All the adventures they went on I really wanted to be apart of the action. I liked to wonder if I could go on a quest like Percy what would it be? What do you guys think is the best quest to go on? Be very creative and let me know.

The question is something I really would like to create one day and if I know what many people like it would be easier to make. Well theme parks aren't easy to make but I would like to know what would interest people into going. If you like the poll please share the link so others can participate as well.
