I've only ever done the for fun teams. Contemplating bumping up to serious since I've been reading approx 15 books a month this year. Can't decide.

I've started TMI too but I only got through the first two books and I don't know if there is something wrong with me or them but they felt a bit flat. I hope they get better somehow

I totally understand what you're talking about. I felt somewhat the same when I tried to watch the series. But when I read the first 3 books, it was much better, but still a bit flat.
Read them in the recommended reading order if you continue past the original 3 I believe it is of TMI. I enjoy the books. I still have many to finish!

I'm also so into manga those days. Just fly through several series really fast.
And also decided to reread Harry Potter for the ***nd time.

Do the recommended order as there are mini spoilers and appearances from characters. It makes everything fit together better. At least according to the author.
But really, its up to you! :)

I've added a new BR for ~ April 20, The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson

I'm a bit late for this discussion but I adored Illuminae and Aurora Rising. They're both fantastic.

I have been pushed back at work to only working one day per week for the time being. I work Mondays only. Everyone has been cut back. I work for a private pain practice and we have moved to a tele med for our visits since the patients have been cancelling their appointments. My job is scheduling for trials and ordering pain pump meds but since elective procedure are not allowed, there goes about 80% of my job! Hence my being cut to one day per week. Honestly, at this point, I would rather not even go in for that one day. I am able to collect partial unemployment but feel that I am risking myself for one day that is not really worth it

I hope you'll like it. And the author, because he has at least one more really good series: The Legends of the First Empire. I've read only the 1st book, but it was amazing.

Well done!!
I want to read Sullivan's books but I never seem to get to them. Glad you loved it!

Ooh! I'll look that one up too!

@Heather great, I hope you'll love both series.
Update: Just finished one more BR Chocolat by Joanne Harris. Recently I've been reading only the books I enjoyed. It's a total luck :D Enjoyed this one too. So cozy and sweet! Here is the review.
