I have SO many books that I own but haven't read yet, both physical and e-books, that I decided this challenge is for me. I don't have a list set because my mood varies and I want to give myself some flexibility. I'm currently reading The Book of M. It's my first read for 2020.

No need to have a set list - for some people it provides motivation, for others it is too restricting. Good luck with your climb!
Thank you! Do you know if it's okay to read some books for the challenge that are young adult/teen reads? I'm a teacher and have some books I've set aside to read that are more middle school level.
It doesn't matter what age group it's aimed at, or what genre it is. The only thing matters is that you acquired the book before 2020 :)
