No, this has not changed. Recombined Lolita.
Metamorphosis needs someone more familiar with the works than I am.

But I am not able to add this book to my shelf twice because they count as one. They contain the same storry which gives the almos same title but the second one has 6 different stories. Obviously I am reading almost a different book compared the first one. I cannot decide what to do.

FYI, it is possible to rate more than one editions of a book. https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/7...

Are separate and they didn't used to be.
The separation and combination of Kafka's Metamorphosis is a bit of a mess.
This

and this:

contain the same stories and same translation but have been put into separate editions.
That separation is not consistent about volumes with the single story and those with several - not all with several stories say 'and other stories" in the title. Though you may be able to tell by length and checking on Amazon. I don't have time to sort it out at the moment myself.
