Kristina Simon (kristinasimon) | 11204 comments 20.8 - Nickels & Dimes - Angie CA's task: 5+5, 5+10, and 10+10 equals 20!

Since I never try to finish all of the tasks, I tend to focus on knocking out the higher points first. Most of the time that means skipping the 5 and 10 point tasks unless there's a book I really want to read which fits. So, in the spirit of giving these lower value tasks a chance, I have a challenge for you!

Read ONE book that fits the requirements for two of this season's 5- or 10-point tasks (excluding 5.10).

Examples: Wicked Girls has main page genres of Poetry (task 5.1) AND Historical Fiction (task 5.2).

The Fault in Our Stars has a celestial body in the title (task 5.9) and was reviewed on Blogging for a Good Book (task 10.10).

Required: Identify the 2 tasks you used and include any required posting information for each.

NOTE: If you use task 10.1 (A Random Trip Back in Time) you may use the same number you rolled for the individual task or roll again. You must include the number you rolled when you post.

Really interesting task, by the way! :)

Good question! You can roll again or use your same number. Just make sure to state what you rolled. I'll ask to get this added to the description.

Since books can only be used for one task per challenge rules, that is correct.

Morgan (faeriesfolly) | 923 comments Fun task :) If I could have remembered that "Romance" was not one of the 5/10 point tasks... lol. I swear I was like FOUND ONE! about eight times and every time I had forgotten again that I wasn't looking for romance genre. Apparently it was a long day at work. :P

I've got The Fiery Heart -- Richelle Mead. It's #108 on (5.6) crying list and Richelle Mead was one of the (10.9) author interviews (page 4).

This is great, because I've been meaning to catch up in this series for awhile! Thanks!

Haha, there are a lot of genre focused tasks this time around, hard to keep them straight!

I still haven't started that series yet, even though I've been meaning to forever! I hope you enjoy it!

It works for task 5.2 because it has Historical Fiction on its page, and it has 505 pages, which would qualify it for task 10.2.

Thanks!!
