I have read this long time ago, and I can't remember neither the tile or the author. I hope the description will jog someone's memory.
She is vampire queen and her husband is a doctor who was turned by her during civil war time and his last name is holt and he is experiement to fix the vampirism. The Queen's twin brother(Aiden I think) was turn back into human. She and her husband have a child that is human. They were having war with faction of vampire and witches, and they go back in time to fix problem or prevent the past to change, and they can only go back the day they were born.
I know this is not enough but hope someone will recognize. By the way, she and her vampire are kinda under protection of arch angel because she was trying to prevent war that will destroy humans.
