Romance novel where a low paid security guard stop a guy who part of the family that own the company because he didn't have a id card

Read the book on the book on my knidle years ago. While i was reading it my knidle went back to factory restart clearing all my book (luckily my books are also on my laptop) the thing is I had just add the book to me computer/kindle and was able to remember the title

The book was a romance novel where the main female is working as a security guard where the head of the department is making her work over time but not paying her the over time paid one night she stopped the one of the sons of the owner of the company, who also work there, because he didn’t have a id card to get in. the girl punch the head of the department, HD, and something else happen that she end up in the hospital. She thinks that is going to get fired for punching the HD. The sons learned that she was never paid for overtime and had no vacation but the HD was taking it. The sons that the girl stop gives her the check for all the overtime paid that she is own. The son learned where she live and the owner, who wants to fix up his sons invite her to stat in the pool house.

That as far as I got in the book. Other detail girl uncle work with her. her cousin is special need, the girl might be name Ella (It sound right), and they might have a baby during the book please help been looking for this books for years and take find it on my laptop
