Help finding this book please.

OK I am looking for this book it is an adult contemporary pretty sure it has a bit of romance in it. All I can remember from the description on the back is that is about a woman who helps her father I believe his job has something to do with a boardwalk or a pier I think it takes place in the wintertime. I think it has a romance And I'm pretty sure on the cover it had these 2 rainbow colored triangle banners. I wish I could remember other details but I found it the other day at Indigo on the $6 table I think it had a girl and a bike on the cover but the only way I could know for sure is to see the cover or hear the name. Any help is appreciated thank you
