The non-fiction series I wrote is about people who live TOO healthily and suffer from an eating disorder orthorexia.
Thousands of people believe in diets that categorize foods as "good" and "bad". Surely, some are many times more nutritious than others, but even the so-called "bad" foods have their place in terms of mental and social health.
Dozens of scientifically-acclaimed articles and studies were used to debunk the undying nutrition myths that still prevent many of us to TRULY enjoy ALL foods.
