Challenge Help
In case anyone's looking for a book set in the 2020s for the 'Through the Ages' challenge, may I recommend:
While this is a fairytale without any firm mention of a timeframe, one of the characters *does* reference the departure of Prince Harry from the British royal family, which was announced in January 2020.

I need a Gothic book. I have read ALL of these author’s books:
Jaime Jo Wright
Abigail Wilson
Joanna Davidson Politano
Erica Vetsch
Michelle Griep
Thanks. CF only please.
Here are some Gothic-flavored books I've enjoyed. My list would be longer, but you've already read some favorites of mine in the genre. :)
as I'm thinking,
comes to mind . . . but as you are so well-read in that genre, Paula, it's highly likely you've already read that one too

I see that I haven’t read the third in that series! And my library has it! So that takes care of two challenges!!! Thanks! Blessings!
Have you read the Secret of Pembrooke Park this is a gothic mystery by Julie Klassen and I really injoyed it, and also the Shadows of Swandford Abbey her latest book.
I’ve already read Pembroke Park but I just got Julie’s newest one but have to read it before the February challenge goes into effect. Thanks!
What about A Perfect weakness by Jennifer A. David's this is a Victorian tale set in the English country side with a castle theme.
Also just a guess, have you read Sarah E Ladd -The Theif of Lanwyn Manor ,The Light at Wyndcliffand and The Governess of Penwythe Hall. These are a blend of Jane Eyre and Jane Austin with haunting mysteries and suspense in each book.
Hi Paula,
I know this book Beauty Among Ruin's by J'Nell Ciesielski is set in the war in 1914 but it has the setting in a Scottish castle in Scotland with an undercurrent of mystery through it with an American socialite and a Scottish Lord in the theme. I am just posting this as it may be of interest because of the setting.

I'm not sure if these are gothic themed but they are Victorian books in the series of the Window to the heart Saga by Jenna Brandt -The English Proposal, The French Encounter,The American Conquest.
I need help again! This time for a book Set in The Caribbean . Titles please, not just authors. I like historical or suspense. Thanks loads!
Hi Paula,
There is this historical series by Christine Johnson- Keys of Promise Bk1-Loves Rescue, Bk2-Honor Redeemed, Bk3-Freedoms Price.
There is also this series by Lorri Dudley but it is set off on some Islands near England if you are interested in the regency error. It's called The Leeward Islands Series Bk1-The Dukes Refuge, Bk2-The Merchants Yield, Bk3The Sugar Baron's Ring, Bk4-The Captains Quest. I hope this may be of interest and help you.

I know I enjoyed it when I read it, but is has been a long time.
Just read this one:
it is set in Wisconsin.I have also read these set in Wisconsin:
, (or any Jamie Jo Wright book it seems is set in Wisconsin),
Not sure how easily accessible any of the Love Finds You In . . . books are, but I'm currently reading the one set in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. That series is my go-to for the harder to find settings.
I read A September Bride by Kathryn Springer for Wisconsin. I enjoyed it. She has several books set in Wisconsin.
Natalie wrote: "Any suggestions for Books with Gold on the Cover for March's monthly challenge?"I second The Gold In These Hills! Also,
Any suggestions for my April or May nominations would also be great. I'm still hoping to go based on the either the Author of the Month or the Monthly Challenge.
