Ok i read this not long ago its contemporary romance.
Heroine is married to a cheating scumbag and she she's been biding her time and collecting the evidence. She works at a hospital where a new dr starts and she's to show him around ect sparks fly and she does end up sleeping with him while her husband is on the phone. There is a happy ever after for her as she does divorce the husband as he got 1 of his mistress pregnant and he also slept with one of her best friends which resulted in another friend and the heroine turning their backs on her.
