My goal is 110 books. I have more of a monthly TBR, instead of one long list. I usually like to cover new releases first and if I have time, something older that I feel like reading.

Question: how does one add a book read to the challenge if that book is not on Goodreads? I had this problem last year.

You can add it yourself.
Go to the author profile > Books > Scroll down, at the bottom there's an option to add more book.
It will take you to a new book page, so you just fill up as much info as you have.
If the author doesn't have a GR profile, you can still add the same way. Just change the author name.
You can get book info from purchase site and just copy/paste the info on the GR page. But once you create, you can't edit unless you're GR librarian, so make sure the info are correct.
If there's any librarian here, they will be able to help you. Alternatively, you can ask GR librarian to help add from librarian group

It’s a new year and time for a new Goodreads challenge!
Are you participating this year?
How many books for your goal?
Do you have a list of TBR you’re going to follow or will you pick a book as you go?
