PattyMacDotComma I am another enthusiastic fan of Graham Brack and his mystery series. Dishonour and Obey is the third outing with Master Mercurius, who investigates a murder for colourful English King Charles II.

This is the way to learn history so you remember it!

Patricia's Book Kingdom | 1 comments I am currently reading If There's No Tomorrow by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I've been avoiding reading this book because I heard that it's meant to put you through emotional wringer but that's the book assigned for our October's JLA Booktalk. Wish me luck! 😬

The Ravishing Reader (the_ravishing_reader) | 33 comments I finished Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens on Sunday....
great book by the way...

I started The Daughters of Palantine Hill by Phyllis T. Smith last night. I'm on Chapter 4

message 1094: by The Ravishing (new)

The Ravishing Reader (the_ravishing_reader) | 33 comments Actually, i decided to pause The Daughters of Palantine Hill because I want to read I am Livia by Phyllis T. Smith first. Even though they are both standalone books since I am Livia talks about who Livia is and why which i think would lead to a better understanding of her in The Daughters of Palantine Hill.

So instead I am going to listen to A Drop of Midnight by Jason Diakite.
